Your subscriptions are handled directly by the App or Play Store. You can request a refund directly through them. For web purchases, you can email us at support@gronda.com within 30 days of your purchase.
Depending on which platform (Apple App store, Google Play Store or our website) you used to purchase your subscription, there are different ways to request a refund:
Apple App Store

Google Play Store
If you buy something from Gronda on Android, you can request a refund in the Google Play Store. Alternatively, you can also write us an email at support@gronda.com within 30 days of buying it. If you buy something from Gronda on our website but aren't happy with it, you can get a refund by just sending us an email at support@gronda.com within 30 days of buying it. After the first 30 days from the date of purchase, it won't be possible to get a refund.
